Beyond the Hackathon
A practical way for companies to identify and hire proven integration and automation talent after working through real problems.
Companies use the hackathon as a real-world evaluation environment. Instead of interviews or take-home assignments, businesses observe how participants design integrations, automate workflows, collaborate under real constraints, and deliver working solutions. When there's a strong fit, companies may move forward with contract or full-time hires. A success fee applies only if a hire is made.
